ISIC Monthly Memberships available for £50 only and includes unrestricted unlimited full membership including mat use.

Yoga in the Lanes yoga school is located in the very heart of Brighton. We are open every day for yoga class and we welcome beginners to join our yoga community. Our school has a strong teaching tradition where beginners are made to feel welcome. Be prepared to work hard, fall out of postures, laugh at yourself and begin again! After class, you will leave feeling physically and mentally nourished and ready for everything that life brings.
We are predominantly a Hot Yoga school but also offer Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yoga Homework and special Silent classes. Classes regularly at 7am, 10am, 4.30pm and 6pm during the week as well as the weekend.
